The school was presented with an Action Cancer Health Action Award in this competition open to all schools in Northern Ireland.
The nursery was commended by the judges on 'outstanding health promotion activities for pupils'. These activities included care in the sun, healthy eating, a smoke free school and excellent outdoor play provision.
